First Use

How long+haven’t/hasn’t+Subject+been/had+compliment?
Uses of “Has” and “Have”:
Has :- It is used with He,She,It and
all third person singulars.
Have :- It is used with I,We,You,They and plurals.
Examples:

- How long has she been sulky?
